Baxter House offers a main house with double rooms featuring private bathrooms, Craftsman woodwork, and ceiling fans. The Garden Room includes an en-suite step-in shower. The Top Room has a soaker tub for two and a private deck overlooking the treetops. The ground-floor apartment sleeps up to six people with two bedrooms, a 3-sided gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private deck. All spaces have hardwood floors, air conditioning, and free WiFi.
Dining & Breakfast
A daily American breakfast is served, with vegetarian and vegan options available. Dishes include pumpkin pie waffles, baked blueberry oatmeal, tofu scrambles, and quiche. Homemade jams like rhubarb-ginger and kumquat marmalade are provided. Ingredients are sourced from the Ann Arbor Farmer's Market, located two blocks away.
